How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days depending on the destination.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Mexico, the United States, Canada and most European countries.

How much does shipping cost?

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email when available.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 20 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Depending on your location, returns may be directed to our return address in Quintana Roo, Mexico, or California, USA. Return instructions will be provided by our customer support team after your request is reviewed.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and send photos of the issue to info@legadomex.com. Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

All LEGADOMEX designs are created in Mexico and inspired by Mexican culture, heritage and identity.

Are your products made in Mexico?

LEGADOMEX is a Mexican brand and all designs are created in Mexico. Manufacturing locations may vary depending on the product.
