Returns & Exchanges

At LEGADOMEX, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

We accept return and exchange requests within 20 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Show no signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
  • Include original tags and packaging whenever possible.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at info@legadomex.com and include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos showing the problem.

In many cases, a return will not be required. Once we review the photos, we may offer a replacement, exchange or refund depending on the situation.

Return Process

Please contact our customer support team before returning any item.

Depending on your location, returns may be directed to an authorized return address in Mexico or California, USA.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged or sent in error.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or worn products.
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear.
  • Items returned after the 20-day return period.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.
